Follow this sequence when the option is available in the current build.
The recorded procedure begins from the base rather than the tactical mission screen.
The sources describe a Personnel console or table near the map area in the Den. Select the character you want to inspect.
Use the character's Focus Tree to view the current Specialization and Talent investment.
The option is recorded in the lower-right part of the screen. Pick the new Specialization, then review the resulting ability and Talent plan before the next mission.
