Characters and Operators

Zero Company can be assembled from authored Operators and Custom Operators. The current public roster is useful for orientation, but the launch roster should not be treated as exhaustive yet.

§Operator groups#

Hawks

Official

Hawks is the customizable protagonist and leader of Zero Company.

  • Former Republic officer.
  • Can be customized across species, first name, appearance, clothing, and Specialization.
  • Leads the squad during Tactical Missions and the strategic layer.
  • Hawks must make it out of a mission or the mission fails.
  • Hawks is treated as an exception in the official permadeath explanation.

Authored Operators

Custom Operators

Official

Squadmates created by the player and combined with authored Operators according to the player's preferred Star Wars journey.

  • Custom Operators can be created and fully customized.
  • The player can choose the balance of Authored and Custom Operators in Tactical Missions.
  • Names and backstories are described as customizable in the official Q&A.
